Background & Experience
Coming from a family of New Orleans real estate investors, Sal Crifasi was exposed to the realm of real estate at an early age. Working with his father by managing the family investments, and working on construction sites during his high school summers provided a solid foundation for Sal’s career. In 2016, he graduated with high honors from the University of Louisiana with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing & Sales. During his time at the University, Sal competed in a National Sales Competition in New Jersey and placed first runner-up amongst more than 80 students from across the USA. He also completed a comprehensive Strategic Analysis Internship at the Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA). Upon graduation, Sal embarked on his real estate career by shadowing a top commercial agent in his market and quickly embraced the world of commercial real estate. His first project was to assist with the acquisition, leasing, and management of a 120,000 square foot office building located on the central commercial corridor of Lafayette, Louisiana. Sal can offer guidance and oversight for office building purchases, tenant/landlord lease negotiations, as well as property management services for his clients. Sal is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), and currently pursuing a CCIM designation.
