Tony is a former bank president, investment banker, and business owner. He has been in real estate for 15 years, primarily with BGK in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and for the past 6 years has developed and sold three subdivisions in Livingston Parish (Juban Parc and Whispering Springs) and Ascension Parish (Orange Grove).

Tony’s primary focus with Latter & Blum will be management and sale of municipal bond financed projects (including the three above), working with Community Development Districts (CDD’s), and future management and marketing of bond financing.
