New Class A Office Space

Blum has announced that Spatz Development of Chicago is constructing
a new 8-story Class A office building in Baton Rouge. Robert Pettit
and Ben Graham of NAI/ Latter & Blum have been named leasing agents
for the new building.
Located on
Summa Avenue at Essen Lane, the 83,678 square foot building is
available for immediate leasing, with occupancy slated for the third
quarter of 2008. Available space ranges from 1,000 to as much as
10,772 square feet per floor.
“This is
going to be prime Class A office space that is located conveniently
near I-10 and I-12, making it easy for people to come and go and
giving them more than one way to travel to and from the office,”
says Robert Pettit, a commercial specialist with NAI/Latter & Blum.

is located in between Our Lady of the Lake and Baton Rouge General
Medical Centers, and is a short distance from the Mall of Louisiana.

rights of the building are still negotiable to clients who want to
obtain significant office space in the building,” says Ben Graham of

the namesake tenant.”

that “construction is scheduled to be completed in September of
