Commercial Producers

Latter & Blum recently recognized its 2007 top
commercial producers at an awards ceremony at Emeril's Restaurant in New Orleans.
Marc Barker, CCIM, SIOR, was the recipient of the company’s Diamond Award,
which is awarded annually to the company's top producing commercial sales
and leasing associate.
Barker, a CCIM and SIOR designee, works from
Latter & Blum's Baton Rouge office. It was the second
consecutive year that Mr. Barker has received the award.
Also recognized at the ceremony for their
excellence in production were Baton Rouge industrial specialist Tony
Demarco, SIOR, and New Orleans retail specialist Schaffer Mickal.
The Jack Fisher Ruby Award, presented to the associate who
completed the greatest number of transactions, was awarded to New
Orleans' Judy Slack, CCIM, who won the award for having completed
63.5 transaction sides. The Ruby Award was recently renamed
The Jack Fisher Ruby Award in honor of veteran agent Jack Fisher,
who won the award for twelve consecutive years.
