REALTrac™ provides the system to constantly track the progress of each assignment and assure that all tasks are completed as specified. It also gives every one of our associates the ability to keep everyone on the team up-to-date on their progress electronically. Through this process, our team will assure the quality and consistency of every phase of each assignment. From initial market survey reports through the negotiations and project closeout, our associates can now provide our clients with a continuous stream of information. Password protected access is provided to our clients to our secure web site, where everything from photos, surveys, offers, activity reports, and more can instantly be accessed. Other specified team members such as attorneys, architects and space planners can be provided limited or full access, as well. Automatic e-mail alerts when new activity is posted can be easily arrange if desired. REALTrac™ allows us to generate comprehensive activity reports on client assignments, which will be submitted to and reviewed by the client monthly (or more frequently if desired.) Activity reports will be used as a basis to analyze the status of each project and take the necessary actions to expedite, troubleshoot and complete individual transactions, as well as evaluate portfolio-level success.
