Background & Experience
Brandi Chambless has land in her roots, having grown up on the rural prairies of Avoyelles Parish. Brandi attended LSU Paralegal School and is also a graduate of University of Louisiana Monroe and LSU Shreveport where she earned an MBA. She holds the CCIM designation as well as two data analytics designations specific to the field of hospitality, CAHTA and CHIA, winning an international award (2020) from Smith Travel Research for a team project featuring the city of Tokyo.
Her start in real estate began in North Texas and transitioned to Louisiana where she found a place among the people of Terral Island in Farmerville, LA which is known for its sunsets over Lake D’Arbonne. Just across from Terral Island, the development known as Eagle Point is where she spent many hours moving property in her early career. During her years in Northeast Louisiana, she managed transactions not only in land, but also retail, special purpose, industrial, and any other needs specific to her small town community, sprawling to the Arkansas border. Brandi is a versatile connector known for being an integral part of the North Village Plaza mixed-use development in Ruston, LA, as well as the client sensitivity required to sit down and discuss future plans for family land with the likes of an aging rancher.
Brandi currently serves the the Greater Baton Rouge market where she specializes in medical offices, industrial, and retail properties. She is a writer, a marketer, an entrepreneur, and an expert communicator who assists The Hammett Group, providing leadership to her team. She is a certified real estate instructor with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and has also contributed to her community as a foster mom through DCFS and the Louisiana Baptist Children’s home. She is a proud Mom to an LSU Tiger who is also a rising entrepreneur.
