With thirty-five years of sales and leasing experience to his credit, Brian has established a reputation as one of New Orleans most knowledgeable and productive commercial real estate specialists. He has provided both tenant and landlord advisory services to an array of corporate clients as well as some of New Orleans most notable privately held companies and law firms.
Brian has been responsible for numerous large-scale lease transactions and has also brokered the sale of several major New Orleans office and industrial properties.
From the complex restructuring of long-term leases for Fortune 500 companies to exclusive tenant representation services provided to some of New Orleans more prestigious law firms, his clients have relied on his vast experience to navigate through complex lease transactions.
He has been called on by his clients to assist in the sale of a range of properties including multitenant office buildings, GSA leased properties and large scale industrial plant and warehouse facilities. His analytical skills and insight into interpreting current market dynamics enable him to provide his clients with sound real estate advice in order to assist them in making strategic decisions that reduce costs, manage risk and improve efficiencies.
