Elizabeth Novit

A native of Lake Forest, Illinois, Ms. Novit first came to New Orleans as an undergraduate student at Tulane University, where she majored in Art History and Spanish. Prior to joining NAI Latter & Blum, Elizabeth worked for both Newmark Knight Frank and CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory groups as a market analyst and appraisal trainee. Before returning to New Orleans in 2017, she served as Client Services Coordinator to a tenant representation team at CBRE in Chicago, comprised of industrial, office, and data centers brokers.

In addition to her knowledge in commercial brokerage and appraisals, her commercial real estate experience encompasses lease administration, lease abstraction, foreclosures, and market research. Her familiarity of lease and sale structures includes land, office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and data center properties.
