Eric Tanner is a Corporate Services Advisor focused exclusively on commercial real estate (CRE) with NAI Latter & Blum. Eric has an 18 year background in CRE that includes ten years with JLL Global Corporate Solutions marketing & business development, three years with Cushman & Wakefield Enterprise Solutions team, and recent gulf south experience with SRSA Commercial Real Estate focused on office and retail investment sales & leasing. An expert in design & communications, Eric leads teams in client development and commercial property marketing for office, retail, multi-family, industrial, hospitality, investment sales & leasing.
Eric has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana since 2018. An applied arts creative since finishing art school in 1997, Eric brings a strategic design discipline to the business learned from years in the industry in roles ranging from Transition Team Communications to Gulf South Region Marketing Director. In this way, Eric drives creativity, innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to communicate and drive unparalleled client solutions.
An Ohio native, Eric has lived in New Orleans for over five years. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and family, volunteering as a creative with various Mardi Gras krewes and singing baritone in a New Orleans barbershop ensemble.
