An accomplished executive with twenty plus years of commercial energy trading and risk management expertise, Gaston has transitioned his knowledge and experience to commercial real estate. He has led multiple commodity trading and business development desks; setting strategy and driving execution. His areas of expertise include: fundamental analysis, valuation, deal structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, and transactional execution. With Louisiana’s strong energy presence, Gaston actively assists his clients with terminal sighting, and supply chain/logistical support. As a member of the Valuation & Advisory Division, his focus is on serving his clients as a real estate problem solver. His drive is to help his clients make wise decisions by knowing and communicating “value.” The team’s service capabilities include: Valuations, Investment Analysis, Due Diligence, Highest and Best Use Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Debt Analysis, Cash Flow Optimization, Lease Comparison Analysis, Property Tax Analysis, Market Reporting, and Sales and Leasing.
