Background & Experience
Patrick is in charge of recruiting, training and directing interns across three offices in Louisiana to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial sales and leasing agents within the company.
He works with interns, agents and support staff to plan, organize and direct demographic and market research projects in order to produce market reports and presentations. A key part of this research and analysis revolves around developing mapping/GIS processes for more effective overall market analysis and marketing of specific properties.
Patrick is responsible for ensuring consistency and quality in marketing materials produced by the company by training the interns in best practices.
As a member of the marketing and technology team, Patrick must vet and implement technologies that add value to the organization.
