Patrick Beard is a highly accomplished analyst, advisor, and developer who also teaches finance and economics at Tulane University’s masters of real estate development (MSRED) program. His focus is corporate asset management, special use projects, large-scale industrial properties, and high-profile issues. With a proven track record of success and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Patrick is uniquely equipped to guide clients through complex transactions and provide invaluable insights and solutions.

Previously, Patrick managed and grew the industrial assets for the Port of New Orleans, guiding the New Orleans region’s largest industrial portfolio with strategic insights and innovative deal-making abilities. Additionally, he was previously Director of Internships at NAI Latter & Blum, overseeing a team responsible for investment property valuations and special projects.

Patrick is a respected educator, serving as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tulane University, teaching Economics, Market Analysis and Finance courses under the Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development program:
