Although
commercial real estate fundamentals are favorable, the outlook
for commercial real estate in 2008 is clouded by concerns about
U.S. economy and a global credit crunch, but several variables
can change that optimistic view. NAI Global Chief Economist Dr.
Peter Linneman contends the situation is not as dire as the
doomsayers predict.
