Jacob Crist, MBA, CRE, CCIM

Jacob Crist’s professional background spans corporate operations, valuation finance, real estate development, and port authority management. He has 15+ years’ experience in a diverse range of roles, drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, land use advisory for major economic development projects, and crafting public private partnerships, while also managing revenue tasks in the sectors of international shipping, port authority operations, economic development, and portfolio strategy.

All roles incorporate the combined knowledge base of: i) education in valuation finance; ii) industry specialty of real estate development; and iii) subject niche of port authority operations.

Jacob graduated with a degree in international business & finance from Auburn University, earned an MBA from LSU, and holds Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.

He holds a salesperson license in LA, AL, and MS and an appraiser license in LA.
