Brennan Billeaud

Brennan transitioned his knowledge as an owner, investor, lease negotiator, and businessman into an agent in 2016 to better serve his clients seeking first-rate commercial real estate expertise. His varied background and knowledge of the market allows him to seamlessly assist and represent clients yielding stress-free transactions for all commercial property types.

A native of Lafayette, at the age of 20 he began acquiring real estate holdings that have come to include student parking lots, billboards and residential properties. Following graduation in Business Administration in 2005, Billeaud worked as a petroleum landman honing his title abstraction and lease negotiation skills.  Billeaud’s network and market knowledge were a natural fit to transition into brokerage where he achieved Gold Status (5M-10M in real estate) and was named among the Top 5 commercial agents in the Lafayette office during his first full year in the business.
