BACKGROUND
As a former commercial contractor, Chris comes to NAI Latter & Blum after a successful career in commercial and industrial construction, having extensive experience in all aspects of building construction and risk analysis. He has served in executive capacities in several companies and has held numerous board positions within Industry.

He is licensed in the State of Louisiana and participates in numerous CRE organizations and events. Chris has initiated select groups within the organization to focus on; Sale – Leaseback, Office Space, Single Family Rentals, Carbon Capture and Land Acquisition and Disposition. The “value add” brought to clients given his vast experience include Investment Analysis, Development Analysis, Construction Management, Risk Management and Contract Review.
