Chuck Pennewell

Over the course of 40 years of running successful real estate ventures, Charles “Chuck” Pennewell brings extensive market knowledge as a licensed, commercial real estate agent at NAI Latter & Blum. Chuck specializes in applying his commercial expertise to office, industrial, warehouse, and multifamily properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients.

In 2020, Chuck was awarded the prestigious Louisiana Chapter Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Scholarship, which honors individuals for their outstanding service to their CCIM chapter, the commercial real estate industry and their communities. In addition, he was also awarded the C.I.D. Scholarship (Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors) in 2021 which he has applied to become a CCIM.  His hard work, charisma, and true passion for his clients have helped Chuck’s reputation as a qualified commercial agent quickly rise.

During a career that spans four decades, Chuck owned and managed a personal portfolio for a variety of clients, including farm and residential rental properties throughout a multistate area. Additionally, Chuck staffed and managed sales organizations throughout a 35+ year career in the healthcare industry. He also managed national account teams for several Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-up organizations. His teams were awarded many national and regional awards for their sales excellence.

A Missouri native, Chuck has lived in New Orleans for over five years. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, and is in the process of obtaining his CCIM accreditation.
