Travis Thornton

Travis Thornton is a valued member of the NAI Latter & Blum team, operating from the Baton Rouge office as an Associate Broker with a focus on the Industrial and Office sectors. Since embarking on his commercial real estate journey in 2013, Travis has dedicated a decade to Commercial Leasing and Sales. With over five years of experience as a licensed Broker, he has established a strong local presence in the Industrial Sector. His professional journey has led him to work with a diverse range of clients, both in the local area and across the nation. Throughout his career, Travis has cultivated and sustained significant relationships within the commercial brokerage community, as well as with the clients and businesses he represents. 

As a former Fireman, then Hazmat Officer, Travis has an abundance of expertise and first-hand leadership experience from his 15-year career with the Baton Rouge Fire Department. Although he is no longer a first responder, he is still active in his community and appreciates the opportunity to volunteer for disaster relief efforts. Aside from enjoying a round of golf, Travis spends much of his time helping his wife, Katie, raise their four children.

Leveraging his extensive background in real estate, his invaluable experience as a first responder, and his passion for team achievement, Travis is enthusiastic about adding value to NAI Latter & Blum.
